Respect The Police

If you’re unlucky enough to get pulled over by an officer of the Houston Police Department, then accused of an unlawful offense, its best to keep your cool and cooperate with the police as much as you can without compromising your civil rights.
If you already know you’re “ridin dirty” as they say, then its best to be cordial, polite, and cooperative with the officer you are dealing with. If the officer asks to search your car, chances are they have probable cause already.
If you have drugs, you have to make a decision on whether or not to admit possession of those drugs or other illegal contraband you may have.
Think quickly, but carefully on what decision you make as it can have serious implications down the line, and can be a huge factor with regard to what strategy any criminal defense law firm you hire for your defense will take with regard to fighting on your behalf in the court of law.
However, by being cordial and polite, the cop may let you off the hook. It has happened for me, and a number of other people who have been caught red-handed with drugs in their possession.
Cops have feelings too and let off more people than you would know.
